We at SYJ believe that this 4 week “project” coupled with weekly yoga will leave you in a more mindful state entering your 2019. Daily emails will be sent starting January 5th and a mild month Mindfulness Workshop will ensure interconnectedness and wholeness to jumpstart your new year!
– Daily emails starting Jan.5th (includes either a mindful meditation, journaling prompt, or guide)
– Suggested mindful reading materials for the month (not mandatory)
– A Mindfulness Workshop led by Donna & Emily Thursday, 1/17 from 7:30-8:30pm
